Please choose one of the following titles
1. The management of people with neurological conditions crosses all divisions from acute hospitals, mental health, social care, primary care and health and wellbeing and requires an integrated approach.
For this assignment, you are required to critically discuss a particular aspect of a topic related to this module. You are required to write a 1,500-word paper on this topic and its relevance to your area of clinical practice.
2. A Sláintecare supported project – the “Living Well” Programme launched by the Health Service Executive (2020) aims to deliver the right care, at the right place and at right time to support people living with long term health conditions. Critically discuss a condition addressed as part of NU6117 and strategies you would engage to support living well in later life.
Submission of the written paper

Include an introduction and background to the topic; follow with your evidence-based arguments for its implications for professional practice; summarise your arguments and draw some conclusions; and make some recommendations for practice.
