Learner Record
A learner record is the learner’s self-reported and self-reflective record in which he/she describes specific learning experiences, activities, responses, and skills acquired. It is designed to be carried out over a period of time and without direct supervision.
Assessment Brief/Activity
We would like you to reflect on the training you have been on and then assess how you personally have made changes and/or how you can see theory in practice in an organisational context. The purpose is to reflect on your own learning so there is no exact right or wrong. This is an exercise in awareness of the subject matter in a real context – a workplace reflection.
Scope – Per Learner Record
- Reflect on what you have learned about these subject areas. (5 marks)
- Discuss evidence of these management skills at work in your workplace i.e.: the impact at organizational, team, and individual levels. (10 marks)
- Reflect on your personal application of skills. (10 marks)
- Provide a self-analysis/critical analysis. (5 marks)
