Identify a change you would like to make & lead in your organisation. Develop a plan to implement this change using a change management model best suited to your organisation & explain why. (Consider culture, climate, etc.). Outline the possible benefits and constraints to this approach and model & describe how you would manage this change.
Question 1 – Part (B) (40%)
As part of your plan, highlight potential sources of resistance to the proposed change and outline the practical steps you would take to overcome this resistance.
