Were the children engaged in the activity for the duration or did they lose interest?

Remember you are reflecting on your performance rather than the activity or how the children engaged with the activity.

B) Identify the skills that you think are important when working directly with children. Reflect on your own key skills and how you think these skills will help you in your day-to-day work – inditch any areas or skills gaps that you may need to improve and why?
