Part 1  – 3200 WORDS

1. Expert Advisory Report :

Imagine you are part of an expert team who are producing a report to enact transformational change in your organisation. Prepare a report which addresses the following questions:

1. Identify and explain three major strategies implemented by Zenith Bank to digitally transform itself, and how Zenith leveraged their staff to achieve its ambitions (500 words).
2. Identify and explain three main challenges Zenith faced during its transition to becoming a cognitive bank (600 words).
3. Taking each opportunity and challenge identified in (1) and (2) in turn, explain in a few sentences how their approach to management, technology, and organisation addressed these challenges. (200 words). Summarise this analysis in a table as indicated in the assignment webinar.
4. Based on what you have learned from the case study and related course notes, provide five recommendations for your organisation or one you are familiar with.

• You must include at least two practical suggestions that specifically address opportunities and challenges related to Mindset and Artificial Intelligence.
• Explain why the five recommendations matter.
• Use examples to clearly illustrate how your organisation can use the technology to generate business value in the short term.
• Summarise each recommendation concisely and clearly state why it matters.
• Select one recommendation as the highest priority. Why did you choose this?

(750 words).

5. Create a summary table of the findings outlined in task 4 above.
6. Referring to the Digital Vulnerabilities discussed in this course, identify and assess three risks linked to your recommendations. Which risk presents the greatest danger? Explain why. Summarise these findings in a table. (450 words).
7. Provide a brief outline (around 600 words) of your strategy to influence change within your organisation to implement the top priority recommendation. Consider who needs convincing, how you might persuade these individuals, why this issue is of such critical importance, and any other relevant factors involved in your change plan.

Expert Advisory Report Formatting Guidelines

Approximately 3200 words excluding diagrams, references, and appendices. Font: Calibri or Times New Roman, size 11, with 1.5 line spacing and standard margins. References should adhere to the Harvard style.

The document should be submitted as an expert advice report for your firm, rather than an essay. These reports ought to include a title page, table of contents, introduction, and conclusion.

Note that all word counts serve as an indication of the work involved rather than specific instructions regarding length. The report is graded overall, with no individual grades assigned to each section.
