You must read the case studies in Chapter 2 of the book (Maureen p21, Noel p27 and Anouk p30). You are part of their team of carers who are attending to their ADLs. Choose 1 person to base your assignment on and complete the following assignment.

1. Describe the person in your case study. (you may add to or tailor the case study)
2. Describe how you will care for this client in a person centred way, in the last weeks of their life.Use the following headings –
   • Physically, (Including Safety and Comfort)
   • Emotionally and psychologically, (Including Dignity and respect)
   • Socially
   • Spiritually, (including assisting the client to deal with Grief, Bereavement and Loss)
